How We Connect Participants & Providers

Enquiries
📖 Information
Through the Participant, Provider, and General sections of Guide Assist, users can ask questions and access easy-to-understand information to help them better understand supports, services, and disability-related topics.
To start asking a question, select the Participant, Provider, or General section.
🔍 Discovery
Through searchable provider listings and filtered search fields, Guide Assist helps users discover supports, services, and service providers.
This makes it easier to explore available options and to make informed decisions about their supports and services.
🤝 Connection
Guide Assist enables participants, families, carers, and advocates to connect with service providers. Users can view provider information card, provider profile, access provider contact, and submit enquiries to providers they would like to contact. Contact Provider button will be located at the end of provider's information card.
Our mission is to make disability information easier to understand and finding and connecting with supports and services easier, clearer, and less overwhelming.
Our values include:
Guide Assist is currently in a soft launch phase. The platform is growing and improving through real provider onboarding, testing, and community feedback.
We are building toward a platform that helps people access information, discover supports and services, and connect with providers in a clearer, more accessible, and more trustworthy way. Community feedback continues to guide what we improve next.
Some future provider tools or advanced features may become optional paid services as Guide Assist grows. Any future pricing or subscription changes will always be communicated clearly and transparently.
We’re here to help with general website enquiries, accessibility support, and questions about using Guide Assist.

Response time: We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
For provider-specific enquiries such as services, availability, pricing, or bookings, please contact the provider directly where possible.
If you need help using this website because of language, vision, hearing, communication, or other accessibility needs, please let us know in your message. We will do our best to respond in a way that supports your needs.
For urgent medical, legal, or emergency matters, please contact the appropriate emergency or professional service directly.
Guide Assist is in a soft launch: we are still learning from real use and feedback, so some things may change or improve over time.
Need help getting started? The platform is designed to be simple and accessible. Here’s how to use it:
If you are looking for providers directly, you can also use the Find Providers page to search and explore listings.
When you search or view a provider on Guide Assist, you may see a listing category and a capacity status. These help you understand what kind of organisation the listing represents and whether they may be open to new participants.
Capacity status is a general guide to whether a provider may be open to new participants. It is shown with a label such as:
Capacity status is not a guarantee of availability. Always contact the provider directly to confirm whether they can support you.
Accessibility: Guide Assist aims to support easier use through simplified navigation, language options, and voice tools. If something does not work well for you, please let us know so we can keep improving.
