2. Accessibility & Support Needs
If you require support due to disability, language needs, screen reader use, low-vision accessibility, or other communication requirements, please let us know and we will do our best to assist respectfully and appropriately.
3. NDIS-Specific Help
We provide general informational content through our AI chatbots, but we are not able to give personalised advice about:
- your NDIS plan or funding level
- eligibility decisions
- medical or clinical needs
- legal, financial, or crisis matters
For personalised NDIS support, please contact the NDIA, your Local Area Coordinator, Support Coordinator, or relevant professionals.
